The procedure for provisional admission will be as follows:

1. The parents will take the print out of the admission forms from the school website and then submit it along with the required documents in school itself from 1st March 2022 onwards. (Forms are available on school website)

2. The students for classes 1st to 8th will be admitted directly on TC basis and those for classes 9th to 12th will have to go through a screening test based on the syllabus studied in previous class

3. Once Admission in-charges check the form, information will be given to the concerned class teachers regarding the details of the child.

4. The undertaking from parent provided along with the admission form must be submitted along with the admission form. The admissions will be provisional, subject to verification of original documents & deposition of fee.

5. Please attach the anecdotal record with form for Class-I.

NOTE: As per mandate of NEP 2020 entry age for Class I has been revised to 6 + years i.e. Academic Session 2022-23

Documents Required

a) Transfer Certificate in Original (should be contersigned by appropriate authority (Distt Education Officer ) Except for Army School/APSs/ KVs)

b) Progress Report of the last school attended alongwith character certificate.

c) Defence Personnel Serving Certificate(if applicable)

d) Dependents certificate in respect of the children of serving personnel.

e) Complete health information on a form supplied by the school(Medical History Form )

f) Indemnity Bond on a form supplied by the school.

g) Four passport size photographs.

h) Identity Card No. of Serving Defence Personnel.

i) Zila Sainik board ex-serviceman certificate (having the proof of teh ward)

j) Photocopy of Pension Pay order(PPO) or pension book of Ex-servicemen .

k) Medical dependent card.
